Delete your account

You can delete your Waggy Paths account at any time, in the app or by email.

In the app

1. Open Waggy Paths and go to your account settings.
2. Choose Delete Account.
3. Confirm. To make sure it’s you, we ask for your current password, or for a code we send to your email address or phone.

What happens next

Your account is deactivated straight away and scheduled for permanent deletion. If you log back in within 30 days, your account is restored. After 30 days, the information connected to it is permanently deleted and can’t be recovered.

By email

Email help@waggypaths.com.au from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We’ll confirm when it’s done.
